Jill Frey
President
Jill Frey
President (since January 1991)
Jill Frey is the owner and President of CFS, a 100% women-owned enterprise. Jill is well-known facility management industry expert. She has grown CFS into a best-in-class facility management firm providing service to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. As a successful business owner and executive, Jill is actively involved in the following organizations: Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Young Executives, Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) as well as ISSA.
Laura Flach
Vice President of Operations
Since November 2004
With over 20 years of industry experience, Laura is responsible for overall customer service from client planning, staffing, and workload coordination through customer service and relationship building.
Missy Haas
Vice President of Administration
Since March 2009
Missy has been with Cummins since 2009 and is responsible for leading finance, accounting, and administrative functions related to internal, supplier, and client operations.

Cathy has been with Cummins since 2012 and is responsible for internal and external communications related to marketing, sales, clients, and employees.

Chris has been with Cummins Facility Services since June 2021 and is responsible for leading the human resources and staffing functions. He brings over 15 years of experience in HR and more than 25 years in staffing, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies.
